The professional training and electoral assembly of the Neurophysiotherapy Section: Changes in Muscle Tone and Neural Plasticity took place at URI Soča, in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 21 May 2026. Sergej Pirkmajer, Director of A4L VRC, and Head of the virtual Department of Metabolism and Endocrinology of Skeletal Muscle, presented the activities of A4L VRC and delivered a lecture titled Why do changes in muscle tone and motor control differ among patients with central nervous system lesions? (Zakaj se spremembe mišičnega tonusa in uravnavanja gibanja med pacienti z okvarami osrednjega živčevja razlikujejo?).
